Where we ship
iLED Collections ships worldwide from our fulfillment partners. Shipping rates and available services are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed Friday after 2pm ET, weekends, or US holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also view tracking on your order in your account.
Customs & duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees collected by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees.
Lost or delayed packages
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, email support@okyke.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
