All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors.

Payment is processed at checkout via Shopify Payments and supported third-party processors. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Products are provided "as-is" subject to our refund policy. Okyke Technologies LLC's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or our products is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
